The Human Design

The quarantine makes me interested in more and more areas that I have not touched on yet or it was not the right time to touch them.

I heard about Human Design many years ago, but I didn't research in depth, I knew I was a generator and that's it. About two weeks ago, I came across a free course that explains everything (it is in Hebrew, if someone want, I can send him a link). And I discovered something new that can teach me more about myself and my purpose in this life, and then you don't look for changing yourself. sometimes to grow is just to except who you really, but really are J

What is Human Design?

The Human Design System is an empirical science. It is a synthesis of ancient wisdom and modern science. It combines astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah´s Tree of Life, the Indian chakra system, genetics and quantum physics. Using a person´s birth data a so-called rave chart or body graph is created. In the body graph you can see a person´s unique potential and challenges in amazing depth and detail. This blueprint allows people to realign with their very own and unique life path and purpose.

Conscious and unconscious traits, personal interactions, and challenges in all human experiential fields (i.e. psychology, nutrition, communication, politics, marketing, business world, economy, human resource management, relationships, sex, family life, parenting, etc.) can be explained mechanically so creative solutions can be found.

Human Design does not tell us to live by new rules and believes in order to get a better life, quite to the contrary it states that any statement can be challenged and tested. The knowledge is validated through experience, through experimenting with it in life…
Ra Uru Hu (born Alan Robert Krakauer) is the founder of the Human Design Systems.
The BodyGraph is a map of genetic code that shows how our energy is here to correctly engage in the world. Have you ever wondered if you are using your energy, your life force correctly? When you look at your BodyGraph, you see how your energy is designed to “mechanically” navigate the world.

What is the intent of Human Design?

Ra Uru Hu, the founder of Human Design, says: At the very least people will get a sense of relief when they understand their design. Say someone comes for a reading and they are beating themselves up because they like to spend a lot of time alone. Maybe their friends and family think there’s something wrong with them, that they’re anti-social. When I look at their design, I see that they have ten lines of the Hermit and some gates of aloneness (in other words, they are designed to spend a lot of time alone). We have all of these mental stories about how we cannot be ourselves. Just .simply understanding how you are hardwired is so helpful. We are not designed to be alike!

What are the different types and their Strategies?

Strategy types:
Generators
Generators represent about 70 percent of the population. They are the life force of the planet, the builders. They have a defined Sacral center (more on centers below) and an open and enveloping aura that is constantly pulling life to them. Their Strategy is to respond, as opposed to initiating. It’s a sacral response (this can be sacral sounds, body movement, etc.) that lets them know if they are available to give their energy to something or not. When Generators initiate from a mental place (instead of waiting for this response), they can end up feeling deeply frustrated and degenerated rather than regenerated and satisfied in their life and work.
Projectors
Projectors represent about 20 percent of the population. The strategy is to wait for recognition and invitation. Their focused and penetrating aura gives them the ability to see deeply into others. When invited and recognized (i.e. they feel appreciated and seen), Projectors are here to be our most gifted guides. Their openness leaves them vulnerable to conditioning (more on this below). If Projectors are focusing on the wrong people and have not been really recognized, this can lead to exhaustion and bitterness. Projectors need to learn to be very discerning about engaging their energy. They are natural at mastering systems, and when they use their energy correctly, will experience success in their life and relationships.
Manifestors
Manifestors represent about 9 percent of the population. As natural initiators, their Strategy is to inform those around them of their decisions before they take action. Manifestors have a powerful impact; their closed and repelling aura can make others feel off-balance and want to control the Manifestor. When a Manifestor shares with others, this naturally relaxes those around them and removes energetic resistance, allowing them to initiate in peace. Manifestors can be an initiating catalyst for the other types, too. When they are moving through life without informing others, Manifestors can end up feeling angry as a result of the resistance they experience.
Reflectors
Reflectors represent about 1 percent of the population. If you have all of your centers open then you are a Reflector. You have a resilient aura that samples the energies around you and reflects them. The way in which the Reflectors process experience is very different from the other types. Because their chemistry magnifies everything and everyone, Reflectors have the potential to see what is happening in a way that no one else can. Their greatest gift is to read others and their environments. When they are healthy and in the right place, Reflectors experience the wonder and surprise of life. If, however, Reflectors end up identifying with what they are mirroring, they can become exhausted and disappointed.

What open centers are?

We are always putting out energy and we are always taking in energy. The nine centers of the body are energy hubs that transform or transmute our life force. When a center on your BodyGraph is defined or colored in, it is fixed and reliable in the way in which it functions and operates. The centers on your chart that are white are open. These undefined centers are not broken or empty, and they do not need to be fixed, but they are the places where we are most vulnerable to outside influences. We can learn from them and gather wisdom, but we shouldn’t make decisions from these centers. We’re constantly conditioned through our open centers as we engage with life. Conditioning is not something that needs to be
avoided, but it can become an issue if we take action based on it.

For example, For example, an open root center: The root center is a pressure center associated with the adrenal system and the production of stress hormones. It is a source of fuel or a physical pressure. The Not-Self question (asking it shows the opposite of your true self) for the open root center is: Am I still in a hurry to get rid of the pressure? When I am being run by my open root center, I am rushing around at Mach speed, maybe talking too fast or driving too fast, or completing a six-week deadline in six days. The amplified pressure in my body is very uncomfortable, so I want to get rid of it as fast as possible. My mind will make up a story that says if I move faster and get that thing done, the pressure will go away. It’s such a joke because the pressure always comes back! The pressure in and of itself is not a problem, but when I attach mental stories to it and believe those stories, my energy is all over the place. Constantly acting on this amplified pressure can result in accidents, serious energetic burnout (adrenal fatigue, anyone?), and overall poor decision making.

That is something that Generator with a close (colored) Spleen center can say, but not everyone is supposed to make decisions based on their own intuition. Because it is their part that is influenced by others and change consistently.

TOP TEN WAYS TO GROUND YOUR ENERGY (AND WHY YOU NEED TO)

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, like your life has been turned upside-down, or you’ve had intense fears about money or your family’s security, or a virus that put you on lockdown in your house!
That’s because my intuition came knocking this morning, inspiring me to put together a list of quick, easy, super-powerful methods for combatting root chakra issues (aka, money or security fears, father issues, problems with a sense of safety).

My Top Ten Go-To Secrets for Grounding Your Energy
  1. Eat root vegetables. Foods that come from the ground provide your body with special nutrients and energy and are a great way to ground yourself. Potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, turnips, onions, parsnips, turnips, garlic, radishes, rutabagas, and ginger are all ideal examples of root vegetables that can be cooked up in warm dishes.
  2. Eat protein. With its dense, tight structure, proteins are a fantastic way to add grounding energy to your body. Try healthy items like chia seeds, or almonds. Yogis who are not vegetarian or vegan can help themselves feel more grounded by taking advantage of the high protein content in high-quality meat sources like fish, poultry. Just be sure to select meats that are as cruelty-free and environmentally-friendly as possible by looking for labels like organic, hormone-free, free-range, grass-fed, etc.
  3. Do a grounding meditation. Close your eyes and imagine roots coming out from your feet, going deep into the Earth, touching her core, and then wrapping around the globe two or three times. Imagine letting go of anything that no longer serves you, and watch it go down all the way to the core of the Earth, where it is transmuted by fire into new life force energy. Finally, imagine pulling up fresh brand new energy from the Earth. Visualize this energy coming up through the roots and into your body, centering, grounding, and motivating you.
  4. Use essential oils. Woodsy scents like cedarwood, sandalwood, cinnamon bark, and black spruce are fantastic for bringing groundedness into your energy. Apply a drop or two to the inside of your wrist or tailbone, or take a few breaths anytime you feel unstable. Frankincense, myrrh, and ylang-ylang are also good for grounding and comfort during times of transition.
  5. Gather some gemstones. Stones like red jasper, bloodstone, smoky quartz, and hematite are excellent aids in rooting one’s energy. You can carry the stone in your purse or pocket, hold it while you meditate. While you can find images of the stones online and access the energy that way.
  6. Go Earthing. Western Medicine is starting to wake up to the importance of the physical connection between human beings and the Earth – and for good reason: it’s extremely beneficial for our health! Plus, it’s easy; just kick off your shoes and socks and find some grass, soil, or sand to walk around on or in. Aim for a minimum of 10 minutes when you’re tight on time, but 30 minutes a day several times a week will brighten your spirits quickly and easily! If you’re unable to make it anywhere to ground yourself today, look for meditation that will guide you to feel like you are walking on the sand in the beach, visualization can give you the same effect as really doing it.
  7. Do some gardening. Similar to Earthing but with your hands, any time you’re working with the soil of Mother Earth, you bring healthy nutrients and spirituality into your body. Gardening can be an extremely spiritual practice and can even mirror things you are going through in your life, such as needing to weed and needing to release emotional stress, fears or uncertainty. Gardening also reflects the cycles of life and teaches us that plants, like humans, need certain things to survive and thrive.
  8. Do something you love that also feels good for you. Whenever I feel off-balance or overwhelmed, I turn to activities that are gentle, nurturing, and fulfilling. For me, that’s writing, meditating, and getting out in nature. What brings you peace, joy and a feeling of comfort? Do you have any hobbies or activities where you seem to “lose track of time” because you enjoy them so much? Those are a great place to start, and that is not watching Netflix.
  9. Exercise. Nothing can bring you into your body and focused on the present moment faster than some good, old-fashioned walking, running, or biking. Since those are the two main goals of grounding.
  10. Yoga. Yoga poses like, Tadasana, Yogic Squat (Malasana), Balasana (child pose), Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), Supta Baddha Konasana, Viparita Kirani, Tree Pose .

Well, there you have it! My go-to, 10 item list of easy, effective, and quick grounding techniques.

Take care and please live me a comment if you like the post.

Stressed About Coronavirus? Here’s some of my tips for optimizung your immune system

Tips For Optimizing Your Immune System

@primavera.yoga

1. Gargle warm salt water and use a neti pot. These ancient Ayurvedic strategies—dissolving about ½ tsp. Himalayan or sea salt in 8 oz. of warm water—is “non-negotiable” if you are trying to prevent sickness. Germs and bacteria hang out in your nose and throat 24 hours before digging into your bloodstream and affecting your immunity, and salt clears them out. You can use these saltwater rinses as preventative measures or when you start to feel sick.

2. Sleep it off. “A balanced circadian clock (or your internal time-keeping for cycles of sleep and alertness) is directly linked to a strong immune system, according to Ayurveda

3. Drink.  A lot of water always, but now especially with a lung infection. One of the most revered Ayurvedic herbs, tulsi is known as stress, fever, and headache reducer and lung clearer. Add ginger (a lot of it all day). Lemon with ginger in the morning with warm water directly when you wake up. Drinking warm lemon water first thing in the morning supports the natural movement of the bowels, instead of depending on coffee to do the work. It also rehydrates you after sleeping and helps flush excess mucus and toxins out of the digestive tract, which is good for immunity boosting.
Lime juice and orange juice also the white part of them are very healthy.
@primavera.yoga sunlight is so important to us

I discover only now about-  Shungite, Shungite is a black, lustrous, non-crystalline mineraloid consisting of more than 98 weight percent of carbon. It cleans water and protects from radiation.
4. Supplement. If tulsi isn’t your cup of tea, you can boost immunity and fight immune-compromising fatigue and anxiety with turmeric as a natural anti-microbial.
@primavera.yoga Deep breathe <3

5. Breathe deep. Your lungs are your biggest lymph pumps, clearing out clutter and toxins. I suggest daily practice of breathing like Nauli and Kapalabhati to clean your body and then relax practice Pranayama breathe.

6. Massage it out. daily abhyanga, or self-massage, with organic oils—such as sesame, though olive and coconut work too—to nourish and hydrate the skin and settle frazzled nerves.
7. Take Vata-balancing breaks during the day.  make sure to take a few minutes, ideally up to 20, for mindfulness practices, walks, quiet sitting, or slow flow or Restorative Yoga, especially toward the end of the day when you’ve put in hours of work and maybe pushing your limits. Don’t skimp on Savasana, allowing your nervous system to reset.
8. Essential oils. Use diffusers, you can use a basic one in your house but if you are having trouble with your lungs then do get a nebulizer. Lemon, eucalyptus, rosemary, thyme!!, oregano.
9. Exercise and yoga. especially detoxifying postures. Sweating is good for eliminating toxins.
10. Clean food, not junk food. Raw food. Greens: Kale, spinach, arugula, celery, coriander. Fennel. It is always the best thing to eat seasonal food. Ayurveda recognizes that the earth gives us the antidote to each season in the different seasonal harvests. Ayurveda's goal is to live in harmony with the seasons, prevent the doshas from going out of balance, prevent disease, and maintain health. If that's not reason enough, it's also more affordable to eat what's in season—it's what is usually on sale. Plus, eating local is eco-friendly!
Go to walk in nature, barefoot. It is so important

Try not to watch the news. Enjoy time at home, learn something new, you can use Duolingo, Coursera.
read books (I have many recommendations here https://mynameisaviv.blogspot.com/2019/12/book-club.html),
try to meditate every morning, you can use the app. Insight Timer (I love it and the sound options you can choose while meditating). Raise your energy, it is good for all humanity.
Journaling everything you feel, what missing in your life, what do you like about yourself.
Learn new recipes, healthy ones ;).
And try to help people who can't leave their homes. Maybe bring them food or medicine from the pharmacy. Especially if you have old people in your building and it is better that they will not go out.

BE WELL. STAY HEALTHY. THRIVE <3

5 Reasons You Can’t Hear Your Intuition

Have you ever turned to your intuition for guidance – and discovered it wasn’t there?
Have you ever found yourself desperate for a trustworthy answer, yet come up empty and blocked?
If you yearn to tap into your own magical intuitive powers, this post is a great place to start. In it, I give you 5 reasons your intuition might be alluding you – and tips to get things on track.

@primavera.yoga in Jaffa streets

1.     You don’t recognize it. If you’ve ever learned anything about the psychology of communication, you know that it’s much more than just the words you speak. In fact, speaking only accounts for about 8% of it; gestures, eye contact, and body movements make up most of the rest. While most people don’t think of their intuition as a form of communication, that’s exactly what it is. And, just like any other language, intuition can come through in many ways. One person might hear their intuition in the lyrics of a song, delivered at “just the right time”. Another’s answers may come by way of a repeating set of numbers – 111, 222, or 444, per se – or a certain feeling, or on the words of a billboard. Then there are times when it speaks softly and directly, and you know exactly what to do.

@primavera.yoga in Jaffa streets looking for my intuition :)

2.    You’re too stressed. I read an awesome article recently in which the author talks about the fact that thinking, especially the creative type, takes up a lot of energy. This is a huge bonus for authors, artists, and pretty much anyone out there since we all pretty much use some form of creative thinking daily. It also explains why, after penning an article or participating in a brainstorming session with co-workers, you can feel totally exhausted – despite a lack of physical exertion on the job. According to the article, accessing the reservoir of energy needed to think at a high level can easily be blocked by high levels of stress. The reason? Stress takes up a high level of energy, too. Therefore, if you’re stressing out about everything from your partner to the holidays to the drive to work, you aren’t leaving yourself enough energy to experience creativity or receive insights – two ways intuition comes through to you.

primavera yoga

3.    You’re too focused on pain, lack, or limits. If you’ve read anything about the Law of Attraction, then you know that like attracts like. You also know that anytime you focus on what you don’t have, you’re actually bringing more of what you don’t have into your life due to this Law’s basic precept. Given this, anytime you over-analyze, obsess, or mentally stir about anything that’s missing – including your intuition – you are blocking it from coming to you. A better choice here would be to soften up your stance, adopt an attitude of faith, and trust that your intuition will come in when the time is right.

4.     You have too many distractions.  When you have a lot of thoughts, projects, demands, people or energy in your space, it creates a similar environment of confusion and chaos. The next time you want to clearly hear your communication, try clearing out your space. You can do this physically by putting things away or getting rid of things, and mentally by clearing your mind through journaling and/or meditation.

primavera yoga

5.     You don’t meditate. This is one of the biggest and most important – and also one of the easiest to fix. Why is meditation so important for accessing intuition? you ask. Simply put, think of meditating like giving yourself a direct line to your Higher Self. Simply plugin, and start to receive. Well, maybe it isn’t quite that easy, but it definitely isn’t as hard or as scary as many people make it out to be.  Meditation doesn’t have to be time-consuming, either. There are many different forms of meditation available – from traditional to mindfulness to walking and painting – and there is a good form for every kind of person and personality. And, along with its physical and emotional benefits, meditation will also enhance your intuition dramatically.

So, there you have it: 5 unique reasons you may not be hearing your intuition – and some tips for bringing it in.

What did you think?
Drop me a comment I love hearing from you!

The  bandhas   are shrouded in mystery. And for good reason! Like the  chakras , you can’t see them with the naked eye. Mula bandha is on...
