Yummy place in Fuerteventura

Vegerterian food in Corralejo, Fuerteventura

Baobab it is a nice and quiet place in the city of Corralejo, close to the harbor. Nice Italian owner, the food is really tasty and particular. Italian influence with a mix of hummus, tahini. Healthy shakes.

I tried the hummus (I'm an Israeli, we have the best hummus) it was good, not bad for Spain/Italians, it comes with crackers, which is not bad, and healthy too (when u eat in Israel, please eat it with a pita :)). Then I tried also a wrap with vegan Omlete and tahini which was really nice. They have also dishes which they change every day. A little expensive.
