I was first introduced to yoga and meditation at age 14 by my dancing teacher. I received a 200-hour yoga teaching certification in India and since led empowering vinyasa workshops, retreats, and classes all over the world. I use the platform to inspire, engage, and inform people about the emotional and physical benefits of a daily yoga lifestyle.

Lanzarote

If you are in Lanzarote, close to Famara beach and look for a yoga class after your surf session. I really recommended this class. It is not difficult one, quite long but relaxing. and in the end, the teacher usually plays the piano!!! amazing experience and a beautiful view of the ocean. cost 10 euro.
